A housebuilder in Towcester is hosting its very own version of ‘Proms in the Park’, with a fun-filled musical event on Saturday 15 September.

From 3pm-5.30pm, visitors are invited to enjoy ‘Brass on the Grass’ at the Redrow Homes South Midlands Oak View development on Burcote Road for an afternoon full of entertainment.

Visitors are welcome to bring their own picnic on the day, and will be treated to a prosecco van, while the ‘King Brasstards’, a seven-piece New Orleans-style brass band, will get everyone in the party mood with a roaming music performance. Deck chairs will be provided for those looking to sit back and enjoy the live music.

Guests will also have the opportunity to find out more about Oak View, set in the beautiful rural countryside in the historic market town of Towcester.

Tonia Tyler, sales director for Redrow Homes (South Midlands), said: “Here at Redrow Homes, it is important for us to build strong thriving communities, so we are pleased to invite the Towcester community in for our ‘Brass on the Grass’ event.

“The preparations are well underway and we look forward to welcoming the community to join us for what promises to be a fantastic day of fun and music.”
