A popular new homes development in Roade has launched its second phase, offering a range of attractive and practical family homes.

The Hamlet, by premium house builder Charles Church, on Ashton Road, was launched in Summer 2016 and has proved a hit with people keen to buy into the Northamptonshire village lifestyle.

Janet Robinson, sales manager for Charles Church Midlands, said: “Roade is a very sought-after friendly community and our development is in a great location, a peaceful spot but still close to all the facilities.

“Here we are building a selection of three and four bedroom homes, offering practical and flexible living space, to suit young professionals and growing families.

“The new phase increases the range of house styles available, to meet demand for homes that include a study or second en suite, open-plan breakfast kitchens, or separate formal dining rooms.”

Properties available include the magnificent four bedroom Stamford style house, from £569,995, which includes a dual aspect living room with garden access, dining room and open-plan family kitchen, utility room, study, and a superb master suite with fitted wardrobes.

Janet added: “Anyone buying a new build house from Charles Church can access the Government’s Help to Buy scheme, which just requires a five per cent deposit. Or those with an existing property to sell should ask about our Home Change and Part Exchange programmes, to help save them time and money.”

The Hamlet, in Roade, has excellent commuter links to Northampton and Milton Keynes. The village offers a range of amenities, well-respected schools and nearby open countryside.
