An eagerly-anticipated new homes development in Kingsthorpe is now open

Lime Tree Gardens, on Northfield Way, is a collection of contemporary homes from leading house builder Persimmon Homes Midlands.

The site, overlooking the Nene Valley, is expected to be popular with first time buyers, growing families and downsizers as it includes two, three, four and five bedroom properties.

Janet Robinson, sales manager for Persimmon Homes Midlands, said: “Lime Tree Gardens is a great location, close to all of Northampton’s amenities but in a lovely village setting.

“Kingsthorpe itself boasts excellent schools and leisure facilities and, of course, the M1 and Northampton train station are both nearby, making it an ideal location for commuters.

“Here we are creating a fabulous range of homes from as little as £259,950 – all including modern, flexible living accommodation, en suite bathrooms and their own garages or allocated parking spaces.”

The development is approximately two miles from Northampton town centre, and just minutes from local Waitrose and Asda supermarkets.

Janet added: “We have a number of packages to assist people looking to move, including the Government’s Help to Buy scheme which enables people to purchase a new home with just a five per cent deposit.

“Those with an existing property to sell can ask us about our Part Exchange and Home Change schemes, which aim to save the buyer time and money.”

Persimmon Homes Midlands operates new homes developments across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire.
